Waterlemon Cay is on of the best snorkle dives on St. John. Located at the end of a 3/4 mile hike means that it is never crowded. There are so many different fishes and corals - you never know what you will find. Protected by the National Park, the fish and sea creatures are accustomed to people so you can get real close. Before I went to Fiji I spent 2 weeks on Rarotonga, the main island of the Cook Islands. Its a great little island. You can buzz around it on a scooter in less than an hour. Is surrounded by reef which makes loads of wicked lagoons full of awesome fish. We explored to whole island in those 2 weeks including a hike right up to the middle and highest point of the island. I even managed a drunken attempt at being a turtle on my way back to the sea!
