After visiting Argentina I fly over the Andes to Santiago, Chile, where I visit the neighborhood where the famous poet Pablo Neruda lived -- bohemian Barrio Bellavista -- explore the sights in downtown Santiago, and travel into the Maipo Valley, one of the world's premier wine regions, to visit the vineyard Concha y Toro.

In part two I check out the famed Buenos Aires nightlife, visit the giant San Telmo Fair where tens of thousands of people converge every Sunday, and travel out of the city and through the Pampas to the small gaucho town of San Antonio de Areco.
