More wet weather is on the way for the area but that is not dampening the spirits of trick or treaters. Holiday festivities are in full swing around the area, with pumpkin patches and costume parties for all ages. This video also includes some amazing Lake Tahoe sunrise footage as well as a tightrope walker making his way across a incredibly long Lake Forest meadow.
