The Pedregal is somewhat of the grande dame of private, residential communities in Cabo San Lucas. Despite 30 years of steady growth, the locality still manages to hold onto some of its Old World—even Mediterranean—feeling, while yet embracing the new. The area’s 360 acres feature sweeping Pacific Ocean views. It has cobblestone streets, classy restaurants and sporting options, with an emphasis on privacy and a casual, tropical lifestyle. There are some fabulous homes in the Pedregal, with new ones on the way. The great ocean breeze makes the Pacific side cooler in the summer months; it's somewhat quieter than the Bay side, with lovely sunsets and whale watching.
