Alan and Holly, the "Reluctant Tour Guides", have a snorkelers dream at Coki Beach. Clear, warm, calm waters and a ton of reef fish and yellowtail snappers keep both of them busy! Coki beach is one of St. Thomas's most beautiful and popular beaches with both the locals and tourists. Located on the east end of the island and close to a number of poplular resorts, Coki is bound to please the most devoted sun seekers and underwater enthusiasts. The secret is out! Secret Harbor is a great place for snorkeling, especially for beginners. Our "Reluctant Tour Guides" Alan and Holly, really enjoyed this beach and snorkel. Most of the water is relatively shallow (4 - 8 feet deep.) Another good thing about this spot is that it is very protected from the prevailing winds and swell. So, if the north swell is up on St. Thomas, Secret Harbor is the place to go. On this dive we came across a beautiful Octopus - and it was a big one! Enjoy! All footage was shot while freediving. The whales were in close and you can hear them on every dive I take, getting louder the deeper I go. Through the video you will see an octopus, Leaf Scorpion Fish, Morey Eels, Eagle rays, lots of reef fish, as well as the fabulous green turtles. These very friendly critters would allow me to get close and in some situations looked as if they wanted me to clean them. Sorry guys no touching here. Thanks for watching.
