We were on a mission to find this small reservation in the Talamanca Mountain area. We had read a bit about this area on the internet and really wanted to find out more.... More» It was pretty spiffy. This group of people has live the same way for thousands of years. Just in the last few year they've started embracing a bit of tourism. Don't know if that's good or not. But change is unstoppable.

Otto y yo conocimos en Buenos Aires, Argentina en La Escuela Lengua Viva, donde estábamos estudiando para aprender castellano. Decidimos viajar juntos hasta el norte para conocer gente y orientarnos a un región buenísimo. Salimos desde el Retiro, una estación de autobuses, donde tomamos un micro que nos llevó hasta Salta capital. Fuimos a la región que se refiere como La Tierra de Siete Colores. Por allá el cerro es impresionante, lleno de colores brillantes. Teníamos ganas de descubrir los elementos de la naturalaza. Primero hacia el oeste. ¡Que linda el lago blanco!
