Towards the end of my Colombia Trip Alan and I needed to head back to Cali for the flight home. Some friends from Pereira offered to take us down in their '68 Buick (that was a real trip in itself). In June of 2008 Mission Trek International teamed up with Youth With A Mission and Eternal Perspective Ministries to do several projects in Panama. One of the projects was to help a village with a clean water system on Isle de Bastimentos. We built a system to catch the rain water and store it in two 550 gallon tanks. We were fortunate to be able to work side by side with the Gnobe Indian people to provide Life giving water to the children.
