The Morven Park Races at Historic Morven Park in Leesburg, VA is one of Loudoun County's premier horse events and is held every October.

Located in Northeastern Oregon at Mile 327 on Interstate 84, Durkee, OR is a History and Train Buff teasure trove. With a population of 195 humans plus a whole bunch of horses, cows, goats and the occasional antelope, this little dot on the map is a great place to kick back and enjoy some of the most beautiful country in the Western United States. Wonderful rural Costa Rica offers fabulous ocean views just outside Jicaral, Puntarenas..south of the Guanacaste border. The early morning clouds roll on below and out to the Gulf of Nicoya. A howler monkey among other earlier risers sends a signal of a new day. Some early birds get started in the Village of La Tigra.

Boxing Day (the day after Christmas Day) in England has always traditionally been one when Foxhunting took place. However, 26th December 2004 was the last one before hunting a fox with hounds became illegal, so I took my camcorder and filmed the meet of our nearest Hunt. As it happens, Hunting has simply changed, not stopped, usually drag hunting, or using a bird of prey, so the tradition continues, and this will be the scene all over England, still.
