A quick taste of the Duzer adventures around the world.

Ryan visits a group of tiny islands called the Cayos Cochinos off the Caribbean coast of Honduras. The islands may be small but they are full of life.

Ryan Van Duzer finds himself dancing his heart away on a popular Honduran game show. "Fantastcio" is the epitome of Latin American TV, chaotic, sexy and quite confusing.

After finishing the Peace Corps in Honduras, Ryan Van Duzer decides to ride home to Colorado. He rolls through jungles, beaches and deserts on his way home, 4000 miles away.

Teaching in Honduras is truly a unique experience unto itself. This video is a montage of four different teachers and their students. While each teacher offers different anecdotes about what is and isn’t successful in lesson planning, they all concede there is an element of learning how to handle whatever gets thrown at you and how you develop the confidence to deal with it.

This video shows the seemingly endless number of opportunities to help out in Honduras with regards to nature conservancy. Volunteers help in a range of projects, from the famous botanical gardens of Honduras to iguana sanctuaries.

The building project in Honduras started just after Hurricane Mitch. Hurricane Mitch was one of the most powerful hurricanes on record and wiped out homes for a large portion of Honduran people. This i-to-i volunteer project is literally building houses from the ground up. Volunteers work shoulder to shoulder with the families that are going to be living the shelters that are being built for them.

Honduras has approximately 400 volunteers bring their passion and enthusiasm to a Central American country who truly appreciate the help. Whether teaching English, planting trees, building homes or building friendships, every experience in Honduras is unique.
