Quebecers take good care of this incomparable natural resource, since for them fishing is the perfect way of enjoying the outdoors and getting back to the land. We were hungry so we kindly ate this iguana that we found. It would be a shame to waste! I'm not a fan of letting good protien go bad. Taste like chicken.......well kind of.

Making our way further down to Panama. This is near Cahuita on the Southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. We went through a bit of bush and ended up on this cool coastline. It was the perfect place to camp and find some more food. We found some tasty termites and wild onions. And Jodi ran into a whole family of Capuchin monkeys.
