Positive Footprints - Cambodia follows a group of travellers as they work with local Balang villagers to restore the village school and undertake preparation for a much needed kitchen. Toiling against time, oppressive heat, monsoon downpours to get the job done.
Marveling at the work done by CMAC undertaking mine removal only 200 metres away and being inspired by a nation recovering from the oppression of a brutal Khmer Rouge regime.
Funding for project materials was made via the Footprints Network (http://www.footprintsnetwork.org) from 1700+ donations made by World Nomads (http://www.worldnomads.com) travellers.

Casa San Miguel is in the middle of nowhere--literally. But in the middle of a mango farm in a fishing community, kids as young as 3 year-olds learn about self discipline and confidence through music. Thanks to world-renowned violinist, Coke Bolipata, who has tirelessly devoted to share passion for music and arts in this Zambales province (northwest of Manila, Philippines), despite unstable support from the government and private groups.

The idea that any child should have to support themselves while living on the street is a sad one. This video portrays the experience of two i-to-i volunteers that work at the Grandsons of Abraham center in Mombassa, Kenya. The house is a center for kids who do in fact essentially live on the streets.

Everyday, at dusk and dawn, hop into a 4x4 and set off into the South African bush to track lions. Literally. The i-to-i lion monitoring venture is exactly what it says it is.
Volunteers set out with trained trackers and rangers and use radio telemetry to seek out the lion prides.

This video contains footage of volunteers working with under-privileged children in South Africa, near the city of Cape Town. They are working in a town where nearly 80% of the adult population is HIV/AIDS positive. The daycare that the volunteers are working at is essentially in place to give the kids parents a rest, or to allow them to go to work for the day to make a living.

The building project in Honduras started just after Hurricane Mitch. Hurricane Mitch was one of the most powerful hurricanes on record and wiped out homes for a large portion of Honduran people.
This i-to-i volunteer project is literally building houses from the ground up. Volunteers work shoulder to shoulder with the families that are going to be living the shelters that are being built for them.
