A quick tour of Chicago's Wrigley Field. If you want to have an absolutely fabulous afternoon, head to Wrigley Field in Chicago. Even when the Cubs are losing, the stadium is packed with friendly people (friendly probably because they've been drinking all day, but who cares). Quick tips: 1) Do not attempt to drive through Wrigley during a game. You'll only get frustrated. 2) Do not try to park in residential areas with parking permit restrictions. You WILL get a ticket. 3) Do wear Cubs gear. 4) Do heckle non-Cubs fans. 5) Do have an Old Style (or 4, but then take the train home). 6) Do go early and leave late.

The Frank Gehry contribution to the city, Chicago's Millennium Park is current hot spot for newcomers to the city. Among Millennium Park's prominent features are the Frank Gehry-designed Jay Pritzker Pavilion , the most sophisticated outdoor concert venue of its kind in the United States; the interactive Crown Fountain by Jaume Plensa; the contemporary Lurie Garden designed by the team of Kathryn Gustafson, Piet Oudolf and Robert Israel; and Anish Kapoor's hugely popular Cloud Gate sculpture on the AT&T Plaza.

Downtown Chicago's Magnificent Mile, a piece of Michigan Avenue to the north of the city, has some of the best shopping and accommodations that the city has to offer.

The Art Institute of Chicago, Illinois is known for its extensive collections of 19th-century French painting (Impressionist works and the work of Claude Monet in particular) and 20th-century European and American painting. Among its best-known works are Georges Seurat's A Sunday Afternoon on La Grand Jatte — 1884 (1884--86), Grant Wood's American Gothic (1930), and Edward Hopper's Nighthawks (1942).

A quick video from Navy Pier in Chicago - Argh! Well, I wish I took more shots. I think I was a little restless, hungry, had to pee. I do like some of them. I love the shot of the ride where the people are hanging by the wire and they spin around. I used to love that ride. I gotta go an amusement park. I haven't been for years. that's sad. I love any type of ride. The Navy Pier is touristy. It's a good place to take your kids. This is the Sea and Cake. One of my favorite bands. This is 'Parasol' off their 'Nassau' album. It's great. They have this laid-back, lounge style. I recommend their early albums, this one and 'The biz' and 'the fawn' I just got their new, but I'm a bit disappointed.
