Cartagena - Youth With A Mission Base on Bocachica
Watch
Producer: AndrewBurnett
I flew from Medellin to Cartagena to spend a few days working with the Youth With A Mission Base on Bocachica. The Base has a number of full time staff who work on community development projects to improve the health of the people. They also have an infirmary, library for the children, feeding center and are building a large clinic that will serve the whole island. I walked around the town, visited the Fort and played with the kids down by the waterfront. I also had the chance to work of the Mercy Boat which will someday spread their work all the way down the coast of Colombia. YWAM is doing a wonderful work here for God and the people of Bocachica. La Virginia and Belalcazar, Colombia - Part One, Cristo Rey
Watch
Producer: AndrewBurnett
My friend Alan and I decided to take a day trip and visit the little town of Belalcazar. It's about 90 minutes out of Pereira and is perched atop a mountain range between two beautiful valleys. We took the bus to La Virginia where we met up with our Colombian friends Diego and Luz Delia. From there we took a small bus up to Belalcazar. Our first stop was at the Cristo Rey (Christ the Light) statue. This 180 foot tall statue is hollow and you climb all the way up to the head and look out. Don't forget Part Two where we visit the town and have a great meal together. Produced by Andrew Burnett, Come Out and Play Productions. andrew@goodimpressions.us

In Part Two Alan and I continue our day trip to the mountain town of Belalcazar. We are joined by local Colombians Diego, Luz Delia and Johnny for a walk through the streets. We stop at the town square, have lunch in a local resturant and visit the local cultural center. Belalcazar is quaint, charming, and well deserving of a visit. Motorbiking North-West Vietnam 2005
Watch
Producer: openroad
In May 2005, I met up with an ex-pat Englishman who introduced me to an American who was living and working in Hong Kong at the time. Together, the three of us planned an immediate ride into Vietnam's rugged North-West. I firstly had to become intimate with an ancient piece of hardware that was both Soviet and potentially lethal, a motorcycle called a 'Minsk', In the Belarusian capital that lends them its name, they are still made the same way as they always have been, with almost indestructible motors. We experienced a magic adventure for 4 unforgetable days, and had me planning my next biking trip by the time I got back home to Sydney.
