The Kimberley Aboriginal Artists is an alliance of four Aboriginal art galleries in the region that are committed to producing, showcasing and selling Aboriginal artworks. As this video shows, The Waringarri Arts Centre in Kununnura is at the forefront of ensuring the ethical trade of authentic Aboriginal art, as well as maximising the benefit for artists and the local community.

Aboriginal art is significant to everyday Aboriginal life. The creation stories, traditional laws and customs have been passed down through paintings and inscriptions for tens of thousands of years. Aboriginal people use 'songlines' to pass down creation stories, laws and trading routes through generations. The distinct art styles of each region reflect the traditional life, creation stories and surrounding environments.

The 146 square kilometre Litchfield National Park is an easy journey (an hour-and-a-half drive) from Darwin. Visitors can visit the Park for the day or for the more adventurous stay for two or three days. The Park contains several types of typical Top End habitats including lush monsoon forests, termite mounds, unusual rock formations, waterfalls and cascades.
