There is actually a dorm facility on the bottom of Van Duzer St by Bay St. 172 Van Duzer. Great place, I dormed there when I was in college.

I can only dream of visiting Van Duzer Street. Nice video, puts into perspective many thoughts of the proud Van Duzer's in the know. I would like to see a video of the Van Duzer Corridor in Oregon, or the Van Duzer Theatre at Humboldt University in California... J Van Duzer
