Description: Maracas Beach is located on the north side of Trinidad, about an hour's drive from Port-of-Spain. The mountains and trees of this deep bay bathe you in the color green. Bake 'n Shark is known in these parts, and the locals say, that if you go to Maracas and don't eat it, then you haven't been to Maracas at all. Bake and Shark is a Trinidadian native dish that consists of deep-fried shark stuffed in a pocket of deep-fried batter.

Went to Maracas twice and had Bake and Shark both times. It was the most expensive meal I had as a poor college student in Trinidad... except KFC!
