Description: Wonderful rural Costa Rica offers fabulous ocean views just outside Jicaral, Puntarenas..south of the Guanacaste border. The early morning clouds roll on below and out to the Gulf of Nicoya. A howler monkey among other earlier risers sends a signal of a new day. Some early birds get started in the Village of La Tigra.
