Description: Melbourne is known as Australia's culinary capital, and Bacash is one of Melbourne's very best restaurants. Owner Chef Michael Bacash has a reputation for his seafood, and I personally can attest that his reputation is very well earned. The view from here over the botanical gardens is exquisite. If you are ever in Melbourne Bacash Restaurant is a must.
