Description: Sydney has some of the worlds best restaurants, and on the fine dining scene there are not many better than Randwick's Restaurant Balzac. Head Chef and Restaurant owner Matt Kemp is very highly respected in the industry, and really knows how to do fine dining. IF you are a fan of fine dining, when you're next in Sydney you must give Restaurant Balzac a try.
