We have stayed 3 times at Quartz Mountain. The first right after they opened. They haven't upgraded anything in 7 years. The matresses are wore out. The bed spread had tears in it. Neither has been replaced since opening. The food in the restauarant was terrible and expensive. We had enjoyed seeing some of the employees who have worked there for several years. One was the Chief Engineer. He was worth his weight in gold. But we found ought that he had been layed off due to a money shortage. The Cheif Engineer is the last person that you would won't to lay off. Anybody should know that. We are going elsewhere for future get aways. What a shame Quartz Mountain has become.
