Ryan, Check out the Canon A series camera for your inexpensive option for underwater video. A camera and underwater housing can be had for about $350.00. That's what I use for all of my videos, above and below water.

Good choice of music, Ryan. Cayos Cochinos is beautiful and unspoilt, but I like the reefs off Utila better, they are simply awesome!
