man, to AndrewBurnett.. umm, travelling to the Dom Rep is just as anywhere else in the world. It's just common sense, as anywhere else, don't go out at night. As for Jarabacoa, my boyfriend lives there and it is the most beautiful, safe place I have ever bee. Everyone is so friendly:)
