Description: St. Maarten’s newest restaurant and the one everybody is talking about. Valentino’s Italian Bistro opened just last week and people are saying the food is unbelievably good. Valentino’s was put together by the famous Jimbo of Jimbo’s Mesquite Grill which is right next door and this guy really knows what he’s doing. The restaurant has a movie theme and is named after Rudolph Valentino and also the fact that Jimbo’s birthday is on Valentine;s Day. In this V-Log, Jimbo shows you around and even has an encounter with some idiot who shows up five hours before opening time and wants to wait. Check it out.
