Description: The building project in Honduras started just after Hurricane Mitch. Hurricane Mitch was one of the most powerful hurricanes on record and wiped out homes for a large portion of Honduran people. This i-to-i volunteer project is literally building houses from the ground up. Volunteers work shoulder to shoulder with the families that are going to be living the shelters that are being built for them.
