Description:
My visit to the Sepilok orangutan sanctuary, Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. Here they care for injured and orphaned young orangutans and release them back into the wild. Visitors can view the orangutan at feeding times, when they return from the jungle to eat the provided fruit. The tourist income helps pay for the sanctuary.
