Kelly Rizley was born in Sayre, Oklahoma, and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. Prior to opening KR, he was Advertising & Marketing Director for Capitol Savings & Loan Association/United Savings of Colorado & Wyoming. Kelly’s 27 years of expertise cover both advertising and film & video production, including campaign and product development, PR, long-range planning, market research and media buying and placement. His film/video knowledge includes 35mm, 16mm and Betacam videotape production; high-definition (HD) video shooting and editing; DVD authoring; and art direction. Kelly works with a diverse range of clients. Campaigns include KN Energy’s award-winning “We Warm the Heartland;” the Cheyenne Area Convention & Visitors Bureau’s “Live the Legend;” Pepsi’s “Keep the Dream Alive;” The Group Inc.’s “Winning Team;” and two local United Way campaigns: “Giving Changes the Whole Picture” in Fort Collins and “Making a Difference a Million Different Ways” in Laramie County. He has filmed the Rocky Mountains and Midwest for Amtrak, 1-800-FLOWERS, Folgers, Clorets® and MCI®. In 1997, he was invited as a cinematographer for the ABC special “Adventures with a Duchess.” Active within his community, Kelly donates agency time and work to area non-profits. He has served on his church’s board of directors, coached youth sports, and served as president of the local symphony orchestra. Kelly has a penchant for unique modes of transportation and can be spotted flying planes, riding an Aprilia and, if you’re really lucky, zooming along on a Segway.
