24-hour time-lapse of the Black Rock Desert looking at the Burning Man site 8 days before the event opens to the public.<BR> That summer, several sources announced bad weather condition on the playa including uneven ground surface and high wind. This is known as condition Alpha. This time-lapse, entitled Condition: Awesome, is a playful and reassuring comment on the condition of the playa, almost no wind and flat playa bed, before Burning Man 2006.

A morning game drive, in a private game reserve, Aquila, just on the Karoo, Cape Province. Not really a game reserve as elsewhere in Africa, but the best without going out of that region, we didn't have time to fly off to the Kruger. We got up at 4.30 to do this, but worth it. I have some longer footage with commentary, I'll maybe dig it out later.

A trip up to the top of Table Mountain in the cable car (the inside of which rotates, so everyone gets a chance of a good view), and a walk around the top looking at the views, the flowers, the animals, and looking down at some energetic types walking up! Our guide had walked up to work that morning.
