The new season of Anthony Bourdain’s show on the Travel Channel debuted this week with a show on Japan and China. There’s no footage available on the site yet, except for some canned clips from last season – like this one of the soundbite-happy chef pontificating on his favorite books. If that doesn’t suffice, you can get your fix of fresh culinary opinionating via this Q&A with readers of the Washington Post, in which Bourdain holds forth on global dining destinations, street food, and why he would rather have sex with “an ebola-infected spider monkey” than eat Spam.
