The fountains at Kings Island at night put on quite a show, changing colors every couple minutes. They are playing "Have a Cigar" by Pink Floyd in the background, one of my favorites.
You can walk for hours in the gardens of Versailles. The fountains in the park are only working during the weekends in summer. Visit the website to see more details.
