There’s a new travel blog in town: Globorati, a daily digest for the luxury-travel minded.

Karrysafe is a line of stylishly functional bags and money-belts designed by Joe Hunter and Adam Thorpe of Vexed Generation, in conjunction with a UK initiative called Design Against Crime.

There seems to have been a choice of two topics in the travel stories published this weekend: creepy, Halloween-themed tales, or serious newspapers (the WaPo, the NYT) trying a fresh take on the been-there, done-that subject of the Caribbean.

The NYT went on a veritable shopping spree of travel coverage this weekend, with a T Style Magazine issue devoted to tasteful globetrotting, in addition to their regular Sunday section.
