I flew from Medellin to Cartagena to spend a few days working with the Youth With A Mission Base on Bocachica. The Base has a number of full time staff who work on community development projects to improve the health of the people. They also have an infirmary, library for the children, feeding center and are building a large clinic that will serve the whole island. I walked around the town, visited the Fort and played with the kids down by the waterfront. I also had the chance to work on the Mercy Boat which will someday spread their work all the way down the coast of Colombia. YWAM is doing a wonderful work here for God and the people of Bocachica. Agios Serafim,a deautiful village which is situated in the coast of Maliakos gulf,35 km fan from Lamia and 6 km from Kamena Vourla.It is surrounded by a region with olives.It is the biggest municipal apartment of the Municipality of Molos with almost 1000 residents.
In our village the visitor will enjoy the intense nightly life,the tasty food in the many taverns that exist,he will go fishing in the Maliakos gulf.he will hunt in the fields and in the mountains.
